Our Shipping Process:
Every product on our site has been selected to be shipped by a particular shipping carrier to provide our customers with the quickest and most reliable delivery method in order to provide an optimal delivery experience. When your order is placed, we have a 1-3 day processing time period before you item or items ship. We will then notify via email with the shipping information including the tracking number for the shipment. Some items may be shipped separately so you may have more than one. We recommend that you track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Most companies provide an estimated delivery date. Be sure to contact us if you are having any issues with the process of your shipping. Please note we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APOs.
Returns and Exchanges:
Items must have original packaging and paperwork to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Items altered by the customer may not be returned or exchanged. A restocking fee of 6.50 will be charged per item if item is returned after 14 days from the original ship date.
Items received by us within 14 days of original ship date will receive credit to the original payment method less shipping and handling charges. Items returned and received by us after 14 days of the original ship date will be eligible for EXCHANGE ONLY. Refunds can take up to two weeks to process. The item has to be received by the Warehouse before a refund is issued.
If you feel your item has a manufacturer's defect, please call our Customer Service Department at 1-402-649-5879 or email us at email@example.com for further instructions. Items returned will be credited (the same way payment was received) once we have received the item back at the warehouse. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Because of the popularity of some of the products and high demand, some of our items will occasionally be on back order and you will be notified immediately. If at this time you choose to cancel the item you have ordered you will be reimbursed within 1-3 business days. All back orders will ship promptly once they are available and you will be notified.
